Triggering the transformation and upgrading of forging equipment! SD30 servo direct drive CNC screw press

On May 8, 2022, Shandong Shengde Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.’s “SD30 servo direct drive CNC screw press” product successfully passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal organized by the Shandong Machinery Industry Science and Technology Association.

This appraisal will be conducted using a combination of online and offline methods. The appraisal committee is composed of nine senior industry experts, including Professor Zhao Shengton from Xi’an Jiaotong University as the chairman of the appraisal committee, Researcher Xia Yuhai, Vice President of Shandong Machinery Design and Research Institute, and Researcher Li Yajun from Beijing Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering as the vice chairman of the appraisal committee. Professor Wang Haochen from the School of Mechanical Engineering at Shandong University of Technology, Researcher Liu Hua from Zhengzhou Institute of Machinery, Researcher Yuan Hailun from Beijing Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Researcher Zhang Hao from Beijing Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Researcher Bi Yisheng from Zibo Product Testing Station of Shandong Machinery Industry, and Researcher Gong Yumin from Zibo Institute of Mechanical Engineering are all senior experts in the industry. The appraisal meeting is presided over by the Shandong Machinery Industry Science and Technology Association. Tian Jiangtao, Chairman of Shandong Shengde Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., Fu Shijie, Chief Engineer, and relevant R&D personnel from the project team attended the appraisal meeting.

The appraisal committee listened to the work and technical summary report of the project team, reviewed the inspection report of SD30-630 servo direct drive CNC screw press issued by the National Casting and Forging Machinery Quality Inspection and Testing Center, and the enterprise standard of servo direct drive CNC screw press Q/3703028DIE 001-2022. They inspected the production site, listened to customer usage reports and other relevant materials, and rigorously questioned the content of the results. The appraisal committee fully affirmed and unanimously agreed that the overall technical level of the project has reached the international advanced level. At the same time, valuable guidance has also been provided for the development and promotion of the next stage of achievements. This product has obtained a national patent (patent number ZL2021 21210144.1)

On May 15, 2022, the SD30-2500 servo direct drive CNC screw press developed by the company was debugged and subjected to impact force testing and CMK energy testing. Through data analysis and comparison, the impact energy efficiency exceeded 80%, the energy control accuracy was within the range of -0.5% -+0.5%, and the impact force accuracy was within the range of -0.5% -+0.5%. The product performance meets and exceeds the technical indicators specified in national standards and enterprise standards, fully meeting the design requirements and meeting the various performance requirements of the factory.
