The press uses switched reluctance motor to drive the flat wheel of the press to move forward and backward frequently, and the screwdrives the nut and the slider to move up and down together to produce impact force.

Working principle

SD20E series electric screw press includes a screw press, a switch reluctance speed regulating motor, and a control system with PLC as the core. The press adopts a switch reluctance speed regulating motor to drive the flat wheel of the press to frequently move forward and reverse, and the screw drives the nut and the slider to move up and down together to generate impact force.
