Automatic Feeding System

Working Principle:

1. Use the weighing method to accurately weigh the material and deliver the weighed raw material to the mold cavity;
2. Can meet the automatic material distribution requirements of single brick production or double bricks production (according to customer requirements)

Weighing System:

1. Weighing accuracy: ±20g.
2. No dead angle, no sticking, no leakage, no segregation, no stock after unloading.
3. Weighing weight range: 3kg-60kg.
4. Automatic material distribution + oil spraying time: ≤12s.
5. Before discharging the material, spray the bottom cover with mist oil to ensure uniformity, and the amount of oil spraying can be adjusted.
6. The material distribution hopper can be easily replaced to adapt to different brick types.

Telescopic Arm for Material Feeding and Suction Cup for Brick Removal:

1. The telescopic arm uses a servo motor to feed the material.
2. The bricks can be taken by vacuum suction cup or clamping method according to the brick type.

Silo Capacity: 1.2 tons.

There is a vibration motor device on the side wall of the silo.

Material Handling:

1. Equipped with a discharge chute to automatically discharge the material into a ton bag that is easy to lift. The entire discharge time is ≤15min;
2. The servo motor is used for feeding, and the feeding is accurate.

Dustproof and Sealing:

1. The whole machine is sealed.
2. Dust-proof measures are taken for electrical components.
3. Equipped with dust suction device (mainly to absorb dust from the belt to the fabric hopper).
