SD MIXER working principle
- Under the joint action of high – speed stirring rotor, mixing plate and multifunctional scraper, the strong mixer can make the best mixing uniformity of materials in the shortest time, and the efficiency is more than 3 times that of traditional mixing equipment.
- When the mixing plate rotating at a specific tilt Angle transports the material to a certain height in the rotation process, it falls down under the action of gravity, and the material generates the sum displacement of
horizontal and vertical motion to form the coarse mixing of the material. - The material in the mixing tray upward conveying process, to the eccentric position of the high – speed rotor mixing range after high intensity mixing motion, the formation of the material of high precision mixing.
- The multi – functional scraper located at a fixed position disrupts the flow direction of materials in the mixing process, and transfers materials to the mixing range of the high – speed rotor. At the same time, it prevents the materials from sticking to the mixing wall and bottom, ensures that the materials are 100% involved in the mixing, and plays a strong role in the efficient mixing of materials.
- The rotating mixing plate and high – speed rotor generally rotate in different directions to make the most intense mixing motion of the material in the strong mixer; but in order to meet the special process requirements of some materials, the mixing plate and the high – speed rotor can also be set to rotate in the same direction.
- When mixing materials, the speed of mixing plate and high – speed rotor can be preset according to the process requirements; in the mixing process, the speed of the strong mixer in operation can be adjusted to realize the staggered mixing process.
